Built for athletes who want more.

We create more confident, complete female flag football players

Give your daughter the focused development team practice can't always provide—with more meaningful reps, coaching targeted to what she needs most, and a faster path to becoming the player she wants to be.

Applications are now open. Training begins August 2026. Space is limited to sixteen athletes in the founding class.

Who F3 is built for

You do not have to be the best player in the group.

You do have to be willing to work.

F3 is built for female flag football players—and it's not reserved for those with the biggest names, highest rankings, longest highlight reels, or most social media attention. It's for athletes who want to improve their movement, technique, football understanding, confidence, preparation, and ability to execute under pressure.

We are selecting athletes based on commitment, coachability, consistency, availability, and fit—not reputation.

01

Show up

Arrive consistently, prepared, and ready to work.

02

Accept coaching

Listen, apply feedback, ask questions, and stay engaged.

03

Compete with purpose

Treat every repetition as an opportunity to improve.

04

Work between sessions

Development does not stop when the scheduled practice ends.

Serious athletes are not defined by where they are today. They are defined by how they approach what comes next.

The Founding Development Class

More than another workout.

Most team practices are designed to prepare the team for its next game. F3 gives athletes the focused individual development that team environments often cannot provide. Small groups allow coaches to identify specific needs, correct details, create purposeful repetitions, and hold athletes accountable for applying what they learn.

The F3 coaching team

High-level experience. Personal development.

F3 brings together accomplished athletes and football leaders who understand that sustainable improvement requires more than athletic ability. Each coach brings a different perspective. Every athlete is held to the same standard of preparation, coachability, effort, and attention to detail.

  • Field vision
  • Leadership

Three perspectives.
One standard.

F3 athletes will be exposed to coaching perspectives shaped by professional football, elite flag competition, professional basketball, championship quarterback play, athlete development, and high-performance environments. The goal is not to force every athlete into the same mold. The goal is to give each athlete the individual correction, competitive environment, and developmental structure they need.

Specific coaches, coaching assignments, and session participation may vary based on curriculum, athlete positions, group needs, scheduling, and availability. Not every coach attends every session.

The foundation · first eight weeks

Built to create more complete flag football athletes.

01

Baseline, Goals & Movement

  • Individual athlete assessment
  • Stance and start mechanics
  • Movement efficiency
  • Position and development goals
  • Coachability standards
  • Work-habit expectations

The coaching team may adjust individual sessions and position groups based on the age, experience, positions, and developmental priorities of the athletes accepted into each cohort.

The F3 difference

Every athlete leaves with more than reps.

01

Individual evaluation

Understand current strengths, limitations, habits, and developmental priorities.

02

Technical correction

Receive specific feedback that can be understood and applied immediately.

03

Purposeful repetitions

Train in small groups where athletes cannot disappear at the back of a line.

04

Accountability

Develop better habits around preparation, attendance, effort, communication, and follow-through.

05

Progress communication

Parents receive clear communication about what their athlete is working on and where continued attention is needed.

06

A development roadmap

Finish the phase with defined priorities and recommended next steps.

The goal is not to make an athlete look busy. The goal is to help them become better.

Program fit

F3 may be for your athlete if…

This is for female athletes who:

  • Want more focused development than team practice provides
  • Care about becoming technically better
  • Respond well to direct coaching
  • Are willing to be challenged
  • Can attend consistently
  • Want to understand the game, not just participate
  • Are willing to work outside scheduled sessions
  • Want to improve at a specific skill position
  • Play multiple positions and want to understand how the game connects
  • Are personally interested in becoming better

This is probably not the right fit if:

  • The athlete only wants casual extra activity
  • Attendance will be inconsistent
  • The family is primarily interested in rankings or exposure
  • The athlete is unwilling to accept correction
  • The athlete is being forced to participate
  • The family wants a one-day camp
  • The family wants a drop-in training session
  • The athlete is not prepared to work between sessions
  • The family expects guaranteed recruiting or playing outcomes

We are not looking for perfect athletes. We are looking for athletes prepared to take responsibility for their development.

How selection works

Earn your place in the founding class.

The application process protects the quality of the training environment. Small groups only work when the athletes are willing to participate fully, accept feedback, attend consistently, and contribute to the standard of the group.

1

Apply

A parent or guardian completes the athlete application.

2

Review

The F3 team reviews age, experience, goals, position, availability, commitment, and developmental fit.

3

Placement

Accepted athletes are placed into the cohort that best fits their age, physical maturity, experience, position, and current developmental needs.

4

Enroll

The parent completes payment, registration, waiver, and onboarding to secure the athlete's place.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Cohorts will be kept intentionally small, and athletes must be a strong fit for the program standards and available group.

Founding class investment

A serious commitment to development.

Questions, answered

Frequently asked questions

No. Current talent level is not the primary selection factor. F3 is designed for athletes who are committed, coachable, available, and motivated to improve.

The initial program is designed for female athletes ages 13 to 18. Final cohorts will be grouped according to age, physical maturity, experience, position, developmental priorities, and competitive fit.

The program is primarily designed for quarterbacks, wide receivers, defensive backs, centers, running backs, and versatile offensive and defensive skill athletes. The initial program is not designed as offensive or defensive line training.

Training will include shared development principles and position-specific instruction when appropriate.

Some playing experience is preferred, but athletes will be evaluated individually. Commitment, readiness to learn, and cohort fit matter more than résumé length.

The F3 Founding Class is supported by Morris Claiborne, Kevin Dickens Jr., and Stephanie Raymond. Specific coaching assignments and session participation may vary based on the curriculum, athlete positions, group needs, scheduling, and coach availability.

Families will receive applicable scheduling and coaching information before enrollment. The program's standards, small-group structure, curriculum, and athlete-development process will remain consistent across the phase.

Athletes may be grouped by age, physical maturity, experience, position, developmental priorities, and competitive fit. The goal is not simply to place athletes of the same age together. It is to create groups in which every athlete can be challenged safely and receive meaningful repetitions.

Training will take place in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The exact recurring location will be confirmed before accepted athletes complete enrollment.

Because the program is built around consistency and progression, families should only apply if they can attend most sessions. Missed sessions are not automatically refunded, credited, or rescheduled. Any specific make-up policy will be provided before enrollment.

No. Space is limited, and applications are reviewed for commitment, coachability, schedule, position, age-group fit, and overall cohort composition.

The first official training session is scheduled for August 2026. Accepted families may also be invited to an assessment and parent orientation beforehand.

Founding-class athletes pay $199 per month, billed monthly, and keep that founding rate for as long as they stay enrolled. The regular price after the founding class is $299 per month. No payment is required until an athlete has been accepted.

No. F3 is an athlete-development program. The program does not guarantee recruiting attention, scholarships, roster placement, rankings, exposure, or playing time.

The next step

Your athlete does not need a bigger audience.
Your athlete needs the right environment.

Learn within a small-group development program supported by coaches with experience in professional football, elite flag competition, professional women's sports, championship play, quarterback development, receiver development, defensive back technique, leadership, and high-performance environments. The opportunity is not reserved for the athlete with the biggest name. It is for the athlete ready to work.

Training begins August 2026. Applications are reviewed for commitment, coachability, position fit, availability, developmental need, and cohort composition.

Program philosophy: Talent may get attention. Preparation is what allows an athlete to keep progressing.
